Hey guys....
CTM i.e Cleansing, Toning And Moisturising.... This is the 3 step routine to be followed once a week. No one has a time to invest into products for the daily CTM. So here I'm going to share a DIY routine to get the awesome looking skin in just once a week procedure.
So let's get started....
1. Cleansing : It's most important to cleanse the skin pores. Clean pores helps to tackle acne problems. So what you'll need....
2 tablespoons of Oats.
Mix the above ingredients well and apply it on your skin. Massage it in circular motions for 5 minutes and then rinse it off with cold water.
2. Toning : You'll need a cucumber juice + Rose water + few lemon drops . Mix the two well and apply it with a cotton pad.
3 Moisturising : Coconut oil is the best moisturiser for all skin types. But still if anyone is allergic to it then you can use aloe vera gel as an moisturiser.
Follow this CTM routine once a week and see the difference in your skin texture
