Benefits of Millets (Bajra) for skin

This blog is on Millet i.e.called Bajra in hindi. Millets are one of the most important cereal grains. It is rich in nutrients filled with Vitamin E, B complex and rich in fibre.

How to make and apply :

You can get millet flour from any local grocery store.

1. Millet as Body scrub : take  a cup of millet flour and mix it with milk. Use it as a body scrub once a week.
It will exfoliate the skin and improves skin elasticity and nourishes the skin as well.

2. Face pack : Mix the flour with milk and honey to make a paste like consistency. Apply it on face and neck. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with cold water.

This well help fight against signs of ageing and also removes scars.
Millet flour is also used to fight against sun damage. It rejuvenates the skin cells and also used in a many beauty products worldwide.
