Sweet Friday😋 : Healthy Homemade Chocolates

Hello my beautiful people❤️.....

Hope you all are doing well..

Weekend calls for some sweet tooth cravings😍 and what about a healthy homemade chocolates made with just 4 ingredients..... Yes, just 4 ingredients... So without wasting any time let's just get into the recipe.

Ingredients:
  • 3/4th cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/4th cup Milk powder
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup virgin coconut oil Or Vanaspati ghee.
  • Optional - Nuts as per requirement.
How to prepare:

Take dried ingredients i.e. Cocoa powder, milk powder and powdered sugar together in the bowl.
Sieve all the dried ingredients and keep it aside. Make sure it's totally powdered and smooth without any lumps.

Heat the water in a vessel. Put the virgin coconut oil Or Vanaspati Ghee in a glass bowl and  melt it with a double bowler method.

Lower the flame and put all the dried ingredients in the melted ghee. Mix them well until you get the creamy consistency.

After it gets completely mixed, take silicone chocolate moulds(you can also useice  tray). Pour it into the moulds and just tap a little to avoid any air through it.

Set the chocolate in a refrigerator for about two hours until it gets hardened. To add nuts in chocolate😋,just top the chopped nuts on the chocolate and that's it. The healthy homemade chocolates are ready.
